1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is defective or does not match the description.

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity.

Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, taste preference, or late delivery.


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

    • Product name(s)

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of damaged or incorrect items

  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the product.

  • Customers are not required to pay for return shipping for eligible returns.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and labels.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • In case the original payment method is not available, we will offer store credit or an alternative mutually agreed option.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only if the requested product is available in stock.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we will process a refund as per the policy above.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, do not consume it.

  • Report the issue immediately to initiate a return or replacement.

  • We may request photographic evidence for verification.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods that are not damaged or defective

  • Opened packages where the product has been consumed or tampered with

  • Products returned beyond the 48-hour window
